3-Day Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the purchased consultation service has not been completed or fully delivered.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team by email and include your order number, full name, and a detailed explanation of your request. We review every request individually to ensure a fair resolution.

Eligible Refund Requests

A refund may be approved if:

• The request is submitted within 3 calendar days of the purchase date.
• The consultation has not yet taken place.
• The service has not been fully delivered.

Non-Refundable Services

Rescheduling

Refund Processing
